1. How do I place an order for event rentals online?
To place an order, simply browse our product categories, select the items you need, and add them to your cart. Once you've finalized your selection, proceed to checkout to confirm your booking.
2. Can I modify my order after it's been placed?
Yes, you can modify your order up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup date. Please call us at (905) 696-9922 or send us an email to make any changes.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings depending on inventory.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our full cancellation policy on our website for more details.

Yes, our showroom is open for visits from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Feel free to drop by during these hours to explore our collection in person.
